The proposal comes first
Every booking begins with a written proposal: the shape of the days, what is included, and the exact terms that apply to it. You see all of that before you pay anything, and nothing on this page replaces it.
How booking works.
Three steps, in the same order every time: a deposit, the balance, then confirmation in writing. The amounts and the deadlines behind each step are published in full in our booking terms, and restated in your proposal.
Deposit
A deposit confirms your booking. It is what lets us hold the venues, the vehicles and the guide in your name, on your dates. What it comes to, and the date it falls due, are set out in the booking terms and restated in your proposal.
Balance
The balance falls due before you travel. When it falls due is in the booking terms, and how to pay it is in your proposal. Nothing is charged that you have not approved in writing.
Written confirmation
Once the booking is confirmed you receive it in writing, with the itinerary as agreed. What you approve is what you pay. A change to the plan is a change to that document, agreed in writing before it happens.
Changing your dates
Changing dates is usually easier than cancelling: much of what we book in Singapore can move with you. Ask early, in writing, and we tell you what can move.

Deposits, balances, cancellation and what happens in bad weather are published as our booking terms. Read them before you book, not after.
