At the enquiry stage, we collect the contact, travel or event details you choose to provide. We do not ask for passport details, dates of birth, flight numbers, files, mandatory hotel details, compulsory budgets or marketing consent in this form.
We use this information to understand your request, contact you in your preferred way, prepare relevant recommendations and protect the form from abuse.
Your enquiry is delivered through Hostinger Email. A signed, on-site human check and limited security logs protect the form from abuse without sending your form details to a CAPTCHA provider. We do not sell your information. We share it with suppliers only when needed to plan or fulfil a service, and with your knowledge where appropriate.
Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a resulting booking, maintain relevant business records, or satisfy legal obligations. It is securely disposed of when no longer required.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw an enquiry. Legal retention requirements may still apply.
